Montauk is one of three coastal retreats lovingly created by owners Peter and Oxana, find it nestled amongst woodland on the Raithwaite Estate in the picturesque village of Sandsend with its expansive beach just a mile from Whitby on the spectacular Yorkshire coast. Peter and Oxana’s love of the famous Hamptons coastal cool vibe is the inspiration for the restful interior of this three bedroom, two bathroom cottage by the sea.

Owners Peter and Oxana have taken great care in the creation of three very special places to be, beside the sea, Montauk has two neighbouring cottages, each sleeping six guests, the cottages can be booked separately or together for up to 18 guests.

With the bedrooms set on the ground floor the living space is on the first floor where the open plan layout works well for families and groups of friends to come together and enjoy good times, on warmer days the pretty terrace to the front has garden furniture and views across the woodlands.

Building and excavation works are currently taking place at the Raithwaite Estate.
