Formerly the water tower and stables to Great Smeaton Manor, this outstanding holiday home has been lovingly created by owners Vanessa & Graeme.
Set over three floors, Willow Garth affords wonderful views out to the spectacular countryside all around. The thoughtfully designed interior by Vanessa, provides ample space to gather with family and friends, it also includes intimate spaces too for when you want to steal away and enjoy some quiet time just for you.
The farmhouse kitchen is spacious and enjoys wonderful views across the fields, it is a cook’s dream, with a four oven Aga taking centre stage. The sitting room is well appointed with comfy sofas, an elegant room, with an open fire. Just off the sitting room is a separate games room, perfect for keeping everyone entertained. The kitchen and sitting rooms both lead out to a lovely courtyard with a seating area and large hot tub, there’s also a BBQ for al fresco suppers. The private garden with summer house and pond provides further outside space to enjoy.

Brownber Hall is set on a private estate with Brownber House in a wonderful rural location in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, overlooking the beautiful Howgill Fells, away from the crowds but still well-placed for a day out in the Lakes or the Dales. It provides the perfect base for outdoor adventures.
Brownber is a very special place, it has an easy, laid back feel that gives you that comforting feeling, the kind of place where you know you really can treat it as your very own home. No need to worry about children and dogs, Brownber is a place where there are no strict rules, everyone is welcome to enjoy this beautiful Hall. There are two large sitting rooms, a dining room with a large dining table seating up to 16 and a beautiful kitchen sprawling across the ground floor, making the Hall the perfect location for get-togethers with family and friends.
